Will it Run? 1985 Volvo 740 with a Carburettor!

Trying to start a 37 year old Volvo 740 after it has been sitting for a little over 1 year, but it has never run properly on its current carburettor conversion, a Weber 32/34 DMTL previously jetted to run on E85 fuel.
