Both had their own thing which made each unique in his own way, for instance, there were songs Tom sang with his stamp on it that lost its special appeal if Elvis sang it and vice versa. Green Green Grass of Home was Tom's. Elvis's version though nice, lacked that wistful melancholy feeling Tom brings to that song. I heard Elvis sing "fall in love again" another Tom masterpiece, but Elvis's version (IMO) was lacking. I can't see Tom singing Kentucky Rain an Elvis master piece nor jail house Rock. Heck no! Lol! Tom's movement on stage were more soulful and sexual while Elvis's, though unique in his own way, was more stiff and dated even well past the fifties era. But it was Elvis and for a white boy during those times, he was different. Both men were inspired by the black sound, and movements and would go out of their way to see them in those times. But everybody, in some way or another was influenced by somebody else sooo. Anyway, as I said, Apples and Oranges. 😁
It's a video of a really nice dancer's movement. It's a really cool composition of choreography - I want to know the names of those dancers, now they want to know what they do.Now there is no show to watch such dancers and dances. I want to see those dancers' dances once again.
