Lovely to see just a walk in the woods. One of my knees is kaput so I can't manage the rough terrain anymore, but it brings back happy memories.
My favourite timeout is to get out to a decent sized body of water in time to watch the sunrise or sunset. Find a nice corner with no one around and get comfy with a cold beer, in summer, or a hot Irish coffee in winter. Then just focus on appreciating the light changes as the sun approaches then moved over the horizon.
Too bad with your knees. But it sounds really nice to watch the sunrise and sunset and I never say no to a cold beer. Have an awesome weekend!
One of the things I miss the most about Sweden. Being able to do this almost anywhere, as you were always so close to nature. Even in most cities.
Yea, it's amazing to have access to all of these areas. As long we take care of the nature we are able to use it. Have an amazing weekend!

Looks like a perfect day in the wooods! breaking patterns...? tricky question. I have alot of different interests that naturaly breaks my patterns. However i see what you mean, in the spring this year me and missus cooked outdoors every sunday. The deal was that i planned what to eat and we planned togeather where to hike. A very nice idea that took us out togeather more often and we saw alot of nice places in our close surrounding. will pick that up this autumn again!

Thank you for your great video. I was amazed to see what I think is granite rock all over that land. It looks so much like where I live here in the U.S. in Stone Mountain Georgia. All around Stone Mountain (which is granite) are outcroppings of granite all around with the moss growing on it just like where you are. So beautiful!

Thank you. What do I do to break daily patterns? I think in USA we would say what do you do to get out of doldrums? Or daily life? Out if the normal routine?
I stop at local farmers & buy a USD$7 PINT (ABOUT HALF A LITER) OF STRAIGHT FROM COW TO FREEZER ICE CREAM. Heavenly to savor with peaches or pears on a night when all has gone out of whack wrong (like a batter hitting baseball to wrong area for an out or füßball touching it with hands ugh!). Full fat no artificial crap or additives. Just rich cream and sugar. Yummy. Relaxing. 1 x a month attainable. Can't hike. ski. Fish. Walk in rain. Soak in a tub any longer. So for now...this is it. Lol.
Sounds great man. You gave me an idea. Got some milk cream and eggs in the refrigerator. Maybe I should do some homemade ice cream for the kids tomorrow. Have an amazing weekend!

I have been in sweden two years i was like you spend a lot of time in forest but there was not animals i think modern things like dam destroy lifes animals . there nature is good but is boring .because of the lack of life
No animals? There are a lot of animals all over. You just have to be out the right time. Have an amazing week!
