I love being out in the forrest and now is the time of year for Foraging Chanterelles. I will get back to the project on the homestead in a later episode, but now we have to enjoy the forrest and what we can forage.

My favorite shrooms from childhood, fried with onion and eggs. They named it "foxies" in my area.

Hey there. This time I was in a national park just outside south of Stockholm. This year there are chantarelles everywhere. Going out tomorrow morning again to get more. Have an amazing weekend!
