Nice going mate, seems like adidas is out there to get involved with actual runners. Last week I got selected with 40 other runners to run the 'race to Adizero' here in the Netherlands, free shoes+singlet was part of it

Ben, which socks do you use when running with AP3?
Don't get me wrong...I'm Ben's fan and I like the video, it's interesting.😉We simply see one (of several) reasons why we sometimes pay €250 for a pair of shoes made of plastic, rubber and glue. sometimes I think we're a little crazy...oh yes, we are. 100% - by the way...I once watched an action film being filmed here in Germany. A scene that was shown later in the film for a maximum of 10 seconds took about 6 hours to shoot...and the stuntman probably had to "fly" over a car 10 times...poor man. Ben had it a little easier and less bloody.😁 Greets from Berlin🙋♂
Just did my first 2x10k in adidas adizero pro 3 this week, now I'm sitting on 3 blisters 18 days before my marathon. 🎉🎉
Thicker socks will help with that! (Speaking from experience 🫣)
@@davidmusil4145 I just bought anti blister tape, adidas socks, shoe pads and a pair of vaporfly 3. Had no problems in the VP2 besides VP2 beeing narrow. So narrow or blisters. 🤷
Surgical spirit... put loads on cotton wool, slap it all over your feet where you're blister prone. If you can, make a sort of pad and leave it on your sore points for 10/15 minutes. I used to dance pointe, and it's a game changer. Makes the skin nice and tough stops fungal stuff and helps reduce sweating ❤

Hi Ben. I do my races in Puma Nitro Elite (1). I mostly do 10k races. I want to upgrade. Is the Takumi a good race shoe or do you prefer a carbon plated shoe?

It was better with Nike ir Asics. Adidas its very weak
