If i didnt eat breakfast I think I’d faint about 10am. It’s so important to my whole well being that I eat close to waking up. I really enjoy breakfast as well. Thanks for another lovely video.
I literally have 2 breakfasts! First one cereal banana toast juice .. Second one 2 hard boiled egg whites only bagel light cream cheese .. I’m high aniexty and if I don’t eat first thing in the morning I feel terrible.. My metabolism is very high especially when I’m stressed, breakfast is my favorite 🤩

Avocado on rice cakes is my fave! I also have a couple more with a little pot of hummus! Perfecto! I live in Altrincham btw and love seeing the area through your pretty vlogs because it's a gorgeous area but you just get used to it x

Thank you so much for touching on the intermittent fasting, I’m exactly the same same ❤ fasting actually makes me super irritable. I wonder if it’s to do with body types? As we seem very similar xx
Everyone does intermittent fasting during the night. I don't know anyone who eats in their sleep. For me I don't eat after 8pm so by the time I get to breakfast the next morning it's been a good 14 hours or so without food. I have found that gives my digestive tract a break to rest or for my body to use that energy to repair things and not to always be digesting.

@@HannahAdkins It's not an option on the website when I go to checkout. It only says Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, US. The UK isn't on there.
@@LucyGem98 I’ve just double checked using the link in my bio and going to checkout and there’s definitely a UK option, mine defaults to it so I’m not sure why!
@@HannahAdkins I just typed it into Google instead and found the UK version of the site is a different URL. For some reason your link took me to the general version of the site where everything is in dollars and there’s no UK option. Idk why it took me to the US version 🤷🏻♀️
