there's a hdiden room behind the painting at the desk reception, there seems to be a well with a yellow button with 2 arrows leading back out, interacting it made a noise which I assume is unsuccessful interaction or something

I figured out that you can store coins in the well if you have them
every coin makes the well grow by a bit
