make the students pay to restore the campus. The fees should be tacked on their bill and services should be withheld until campus is cleaned, restored and fixed. If they were arrested then they should have to pay restitution to those students who were kept from classes and learning.

One good thing to come out of these trials featuring politicians from all around the world and the USA is that its loopholes and delay tactics are out in the open, ready for other defendants to use. Stalling, deflection, delay, etc....
