I would have to say the most flavorful food on the planet is Mexican food. Particularly the street taco.

Any 2023 guide for food in Mexico City should include some of the delicious vegan options! I was there the last 2 weeks of Dec 2022 and couldn't make it to all of the amazing vegan places, there are so many now.

The mixiote consisting of steamed enchilada meat, wrapped in a film or membrane that is obtained from the pulquero maguey stalk. The mixiote is the name of the film that wraps meat and gives the dish name.

Ah ok, yea you can find some nice tortas with chicken or you can have some vegetarian style tacos, but finding chicken for street tacos is pretty difficult unfortunately.
