Tacos al pastor are called tacos de trompo because of the shape of the meat in that contraption, it looks like a spinning top the toy we used as kids in Mexico.

Cecina Natural y Cecina Adobada. Y muchos tacos diferentes mas... Quesadillas: Quesadillas de Chicharron, Tinga de Pollo, Tinga de Res, Champiñones, Huitlacoche, Flor de Calabaza, etc etc etc... Tlacoyos . Tlacoyos de Requesón, Chicharron, y de Haba. Gorditas: Gorditas. Chicharrón, Suadero, Carnitas y de todo tipo de guisados. Un Saludo 🤟🏻 espero que alguna otra ves vengas y puedas probar de todo 😁🤟🏻🤘🏻🤟🏻
There's a lot of good ones; Arnulfo's in Satelite is very good, Cheap but good ones at El Borrego viudo, and the taqueria in Teothiuacan are some of my favorites in CDMX area.

You missed Tacos El Gran Abanico, which are carnitas tacos. They are the best carnitas tacos I’ve ever had. So juicy, tender and full of flavor.
