    Individuals the diabetes can include different types of foods in their meal. So here I'll be going to talk about a little detail or some glimpse of fruit vegetables and honey. So root vegetables yes you can definitely consume but in minute quantity. Root vegetables like carrot, potatoes or potatoes carrots or certain other vegetables these contain more carbohydrates and it also as equal as carbohydrates it contains a lot of nutrients and proteins and certain antioxidants also so always taking root vegetables in certain moderate or minute consideration is always better in taking diabetes. So what I try to say is maintain your portion size you can reduce the quantity basically what I mean like instead of eating two carrots or three carrots eat only one carrot and then along with that you can add certain other green leafy vegetables to reduce your appetite and palpitations. Definitely can use but that will be limited quantities. So honey can cause easily sugar bikes rapidly increases. So if a person is having diabetes definitely they should have eye or watching on consumption of the honey you can always limit consumption of honey. What I mean to say is again the quantity can reduced than like the other normal indidual. Fruit juices also can cause the increased spike levels in the sugars in diabetes patients. Even fruit juices also can be considered a moderation you can most probably rather than taking thick fruit juice you can dilute with water or milk or certain products so that you can avoid taking a lot of fruits or fruit juice and instead of fruits the whole fruits comes which consist of more fibers. So definitely you can use fruit juices in moderate consideration. So brown rice or white rice both the rices contains carbohydrates. So which is very dangerous in diabetes. So both has to be consumed in caution but when compared with the white rice the brown rice will be more better than the white rice because it consists more of fibers and reduce level of carbohydrates when compared with white rice. So definitely you can consume brown rice than the white rice. So the general tips for managing the diabetes is reducing the count of carbohydrates. See whatever you consuming make note of it or chart of it or which fruit or which vegetable or whatever you're consuming. Example like potato how much it contains of calories or how much it contains carbohydrates. Keep a note of it it and consume more fiber rich food like more vegetables all those things . As I said avoid all sugary things like sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates all certain things. And regular monitoring of your sugar levels also help you in reducing the diabetes you have to keep checking your fasting sugar levels or post prandial sugar levels and healthy diet definitely will help you in reducing the sugar levels and increasing the physical activity like 30 to 40 minutes per day and regularize your sleep habits and reduce the stress levels and do certain meditation or yoga and avoid the risk factors like smoking or alcohol consumption will definitely help you in reducing your sugar levels.
