- Namaste, Royal Enfield was expected to unveil cruiser 650 in EICMA 2021, but they came up with this. A concept called SG 650. We think that this is a Bobber style RE and SG stand for Shotgun.

This is a stunner. If RE manages to launch this bike as it is, with new improved engine (vibration less engine which they are recently launching for 350 cc bikes). This will be the most loved bike in india. I would buy this immediately. 👍 Instant love.

Shotgun is basically 650cc classic.
It has the same body lines , same silhouette , same sitting posture but with the bigger parallel twin engine.
I am highly excited

They need to chop the rear fender off and add a sissy bar and add some ape hangers to make a true bobber, it is pretty bad ass !
Would definitely love to see it in the production, we very much need Bobber bikes in the country.
the thing is they wont contribute in the sales...not by a huge margin atleast....because they are not much practical...

I think the design is a promising concept, a sort of Bobber, larger Meteor. I think it has promise, and expect it to sell well when they bring it to market. I’d like to see a visually lighter variant more along the lines of Triumph’s Bobber; I expect we’ll see a couple of different trim and wheel size combinations in the production bikes.

The design is 👌, but if RE wants to make a big global presence it needs to launch some 900cc or above bikes.

The speedometer they used in this, i wish royal enfield really deliver them. Market has evolved now and i think its the right time to introduce it. The old cluster look tad and dull. Also they should add necessary features like battery temp, gear indicator, distance to. Empty, real time mileage, etc. If they don't offer these features on motorcycle at a price tag of 4 lakhs above, it will be a disappointment.

Advice: They should give something for reverse like in Ola scooters but more powerful as per Hill's view as it gets pretty tough to reverse in hills slanting roads when its too heavy to roll back!

Really like the bike. Don't really care for all that exposed wiring near headlight. That could have been cleaned up a bit, especially for a concept/show model. Still, very exciting!

Somehow the front looks like the bike rode by Hugh Jackman during the helicopter attack scene in Wolverine - The Origins. Nevertheless a good one. But the production version would be totally different I guess.
Me too think so. I think they will add the possibility to have a double seat and I don't think in this concept model there's enough space behind the main seat. But We have to wait at least 2-3 years

Gaganbhai shotgun ek shart per lenge 5 saal tak ka petrol free kerwade toh. Bike leke hum company k upper favor kerte hain uske baad bank ko vhi faida pahuchate hain EMI k through toh hum consumer sab ka vhala kare hamara vhi toh koi lal ker k dede.

Good design and the graphics look like the retro comics style graphics that feels the bike is going at high speed even when it is standing still. tank design is also nice
