    Thank you sir. I'm from Cebu, a graduating mechanical engineering student. That topic was not introduce to us. I've learned a lot from you. I suggest sir that you make a tutorial for plumbing system having a shower with cold and hot water system. That would be nice and I would like to learn it from you. I hope you will notice this comment. Pareha rata bisaya sir hehe. Hinaot ko mapasidunggan nimo ako hangyo hihi since nagka interest nako gamay aning plumbing system.

    Tingin ko mahirap gamitin ang table for given pressure since hindi lahat searchable ang pressure ng mga water concessionaire. Pero ayos ang tutorial thumbs up!

    Thanks Engineer, may konting Question lang po
    Kapag Downfeed system po yung gamit na design ng water supply: Water main --> Cistern tank --> Pump --> Overhead tank --> distribute to lower floors. Tapos Gamit po yung formula nyo, yung parameter po na pipe length (water main to most remote fixture) hanggang saan po ba sya susukatin? most remote fixture in the ground floor? or most remote fixture in the highest floor habang dumadaan sa Cistern tank, pump, water tank, tapos pinakamataas na floor at pinaka dulo na CR.
    Kasi po sa example 3 na 2 storey, given na agad yung length ng pipe pero hindi ko alam pano or hanggang saan sinukat, kung dumaan ba sya sa tanke or upfeed system lang agad. patulong po hehe thank you!

      Yung example ko po is based lang kung walang mechanical means. Pag may pump po. Gagamit po ng graph to determine pressure po.

      @@engrjayc hindi po yung height, yung tinutukoy ko po is ung ginamit na value sa length of pipe. ibabase po ba un mula sa source hanggang sa pinakamalayong fixture horizontally? ung sa example no. 1 nyo po nakalagay na 5meters. panu po un idetermine, pag ground po ba idetermine sya by pinakamalayong fixture hanggang sa source? and panu po pag two storey? salamat po engr.

    Good morning, Engineer. Ask ko lang po kung ano po mas ok na fixture for waterline pag laundry shop? Laundry tub po ba or hose bibb nalang? At pag laundry tub po, nakalagay po kasi sa table namin na "each pair of faucet", so dalawang faucet po ba ibig sabihin non? Sana po masagot nyo. Thank you po!!

    QUESTION po ano kaibahan ng F.U and WSFU kasi iba ang equivalent value nila san po applicable na gamitin ang 1FU = 7.5 gpm while 1 WSFU = 1gpm pasagot po thanks

      Fixture unit is general. Pede siyang drainage pede siyang water fxture unit. wSFU ay water supply fixture unit

    sir ask ko lang in my on going project naka encounter ako ng riser pipes for cold water line na sa ground floor ang size is 50 and then pag akyat niya ng 2nd floor nag reduce siya from 50mm-40mm is paano? po siya ma explain or what is the possible explanation for that thanks po sa ans.

    ask ko lng po. talaga bang pag one storey is 0, pag 2 storeys is 3? ksi pag 2 storeys usually nasa 6 meters ang height.

      Yung pipings natin is along floorline. Sa 2 storey, ang pipings nasa floor di sa kisame, kaya 3 m (distance from G.L. to 2nd floor)
