we will see the software installation procedure
First we will open any internet browser
Then write www.diagzone.com to enter this website --
Now we can see on top right Log in & Sing Up,
Here we will click on login option
Here you have to enter the username and password (the username is the serial number of the device and the password you have already received)
Then login
Now, if the browser is blank, click on the reload browser address bar
At this moment we can see on the top right side of the screen 1. Serial number of my device 2. log out
Now after clicking on serial number another page is opened
On this page, click on Diagzan written on the upper right side
Now a window will appear below on the left side, click here to download software
Now another window is here Dibugzone Pro Version-2
Select and drag the screen a bit to the left. At the end it says Download
Click on it
Now the software will take few minutes to download
The software is downloaded now I can see three vertical dots on the right side,
Click on it and click Downloads
Now we can see Diagzone Pro V-2, click here to install the software
(Some mobile or tab will ask for security access, it should be enabled)
After complete installation we will see a blue app icon DZ on our mobile desktop. After clicking on this icon the app will open
Special Note:- (After opening the app will ask for some access including location, must Allow all access)
Now login from upper Right side.
Then: After opening the app, the login option will appear, the username will be the serial number of the device and the password you have already received.
Now click login
After successful login, the app will show many options on the screen.
First of all, I will click on the third green colored update icon in the second line
And select EOBD/OBDII and click Update on the below right side.
In this case verification will be requested so the device should be plugged into the car port and click start verification now the software will automatically start Bluetooth and communicate with the device.
Special Note: Mobile or Tab internet connection is required during software installation and verification.
Once the verification process is completed, go to the update option again and select EOBD/OBDII and click update below to start the installation process.
Once the app is installed we will come back to the main screen
At the bottom left of the main screen
Click on user info
Here in line 4 we can see the fixed connector firmware,
Click on it now the firmware is updating it will take few minutes.
Now we will see how to change the password,
After entering the user info, there is a change password on the 9th line and I will click on it, three cells are showing here
I will put my old password in the top cell and put the new password in the second and third cells
Special Note: Give the new password only words and numbers do not use any symbols.
