@@memphismcd1947 thanks man really been stressing out lately, I play Junior league and I haven’t been my self lately . I can make contact but I can’t hit into the outfield like I use too. Same goes with fielding I just can’t get the ball in my glove

Man the memories..i was very good at your age. Threw upper 70's as a pitch and ran first as well. Practiced at a local minor league field called parkview field, here in Fort Wayne, IN. Lived in those batting cages half my teen years. Seeing your vids brings back good memories of those times. Keep up the grind dude!

Dam I need to start doing this lmao I got hit in the face with a bad hop and my nose starting instantly bleeding lmao 😂. I thought I broke it but then went out the next inning and threw a 123 inning! So I guess it need to get hit in the face every game lol
u gotta put ur hand on the top of your glove so it doesnt roll up, But since u said u got hit by a bad hop then i would jus rotate your whole body and catch it normally like how u throw wit ur teamates

You can see how good his mechanics are. After every groundball he brings his glove to his stomach and transfers from there, something that all the pros do.
I do this same drill it works wonders cuz you never know the hop the baseballs gonna take and it’s really good for reaction, keep up the content
