- One day I was surfing the CZcams's and I came across this puzzle. The maker called it the De Vinci Helicopter. Once I saw it, I had to make it. Hope you enjoy.

Good puzzle, but if you like your fingers, use a push stick in the table saw.
I think a push stick puzzle is in order now. Safety first!
I dig how you know how to place your fingers just so … a lot of people can’t do that
😅 sure does grab a lot of attention that's for sure.
I have never seen such disregard for ones own fingers. Mega dangerous on the saw as well as fingers way to close to the chisel edges. Great little puzzle though.

@@UIDIY Don"t worry about your viewers,. You're the one who will bleed. Get a Grripper. BTW I love the puzzle.
Kids NEVER copy the way the actor uses the table saw. Use a push stick and never ever slide your finger between the rack and the blade.

Great result BUT... how have you managed to keep your fingers, tablesaw and router usage gave me the creeps, so dangerous!
Nice work, I'm definitely gonna try this. Shame about the awful music though. The volume was too high to hear you properly, but it would have been better with no music at all

Like someone said, it is a complex project and it demand a lot of precision. Maybe you could show the measurements by text on screen... and slow down a little bit while you explain things that are tricky...and show different angles of the on going project. Anyway, you make a very nice job! I am in the realisation process of this project ...and having fun!

Next thing you should make yourself is a push stick for the table saw. Holy shit. 3/4 of an inch between the blade and your fingers??

Lose the music, it's too hard to hear what you are saying. You also should use a push stick, you never know when something unexpected will happen.

+Derek Griggs thank you for your feedback. I. Constantly trying to fine tune the audio to music ratio. Also, this project was REALLY complex and probably could have been explained better. Always a work in progress.

Did u drill the hole in the 8 inch dowel all the way through
+Kevin ONeil you need to bring three different types of hole. 4 holes are for the lock pins and they are drilled into the ends. 4 lock weight holes and they are drill to the depth of the pin holes. And then 2 pin holes that go all the through. Hope that helps.
