Primitive this was me as well. But I learned, just do everything slow and allow 2x the time you thought. That way you can take a break when frustrated.

I just installed my charge pipe yesterday. Well last night til 3 am lol. Wasn’t too bad honestly, did it on my own too. Taking your time with it is important. Lots of hoses and line you can potential damage
just installed my charge pipe, FMIC and intake on my M2. It already feels way better. BM3 stage 2 next.
Would've be nice to have a fully stock dyno first to compare bolt ons, then tunes. Hope he does ethanol blend tune as well

Add the Dinan Resonator Delete Mid Pipe to your set up! It gives the N55 engine a much meatier/throaty sound, and greatly improves the sound quality of the burbles/overrun, especially with the added burbles from the Bootmod3 tune. I’m running the same set-up. Still retain a refined OEM plus sound with zero drone.
Dinan intake looking clean! Does that rubber piece you put on where you cut the brace come with the intake?
Thanks for Great video, i have a question, how did you get rid of the bottom plastic trim that should be in the way of pushing the bigger intercooler upward, im planing to install the same intercooler but i see other videos showing that that plastic trim at bottom stops the way, and they had to take the bumper off. But i dont see that in ur video.
Thank you for your video. I just purchased a Dinan build M2. It has this same air intake but it is not CA compliant. I watched the video to get an idea of whether or not it would be difficult to go from the Dinan intake back to stock. Can you think of anything that might cause problems for me going backwards and undoing all of this? I notice you mentioned there was clips you removed and foam striping you added? I am wondering if I will have fitment issues if I go back to stock? Any help you can provide is appreciated. Thank you!

Try connecting the charge pipe to the intercooler before connecting it to the turbo outlet. On the OEM intercooler it’s nearly impossible otherwise.

Did you leave the plastic piece that sits below the stock intercooler out completely? I cannot seem to get my intercooler up in there without hitting the front brace.
Was that N and 2 in the rear vision mirror? What is that?
Did you ever resolve the issue of the FTP charge pipe hitting the bottom of the AC condenser? I'm running into the same issue now with the CSF IC and FTP CP
Hello brother, hope all is well! Do you have any idea if the charge pipes, intakes, and turbo inlets require a tune or not. Not for hp gains but for the relatability of the car. Meaning will it run normally without throwing any lights on the dashboard or will it run too lean? Because I want the intake for the sound and the charge pipes and the turbo inlet are just safety since as said the stock ones do get broken easily. Your help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Kyle's M235i the way it curves makes it pretty hard to do especially if you don’t drop the intercooler

Cutting anything off the strut brace is crazy to me, Burger Motorsports intake is much better IMO for audible noises from turbo/diverter valve and Burger intercooler was direct replacement. These more expensive companies not being so it ridiculous
Kyle's M235i I agree the bms intake sounds epic, but it made my car idle terribly on start up. I’d take it off and it would be fine. But I left it on for 7 kk this and eventually got so bad it actually damaged my coilpacks and or plugs as I now experience the same symptoms without the intake even on my car. If there’s one intake I don’t recommenced it’s the burger Intake. The intake from CTS turbo is miles better in terms of performance and sound.

SpaceMonkey it’s not that easy! Try installing a turbo inlet in a N20! All my other mods have been installed at the shop!
