I'd Love to see AIRFIX produce a kit of the C23 SHERPA in USAF AIRFIELD CALIBRATION AIRCRAFT markings.I had a tour around one at BAe Hatfield back in the early 1990's,they were doing calibration trials with some new hardware in the aircraft
The Quinta 3d decals are not directly printed in multi-color resin. They are still printed in white flexible soft resin then the sheets transferred to the same kind of UV ink printers used to print the design on colored photoetch. That's why you'll never see any sheet from quinta with details that stand more than 1mm, there's a limit to how deep the inkjet printer can print and can see the unpainted white resin edgewise.
Got a new Saturn 12k. It is super quick and almost invisible layer lines.
Worth learning blender chaps. Not that hard. Certainly easier than building websites which you seem to be good at.
The hobby is time consuming enough without having to manufacture your own model. The hard core modeler will bite on 3D printing, but I don't see average modeler buying off on 3D production. Part of the hobby is buying a kit, opening and building it. I don't want to spend hours making my own parts.
