    I'm currently serving notice period lwd 17th sept in wipro, i have no offer in hand so im telling the hr that i have 1 month of notice period considering the entire process will take time and when I'm about to get offer letter than till that my notice period will end. I want to is know are there any loopholes where i could get stuck? I'm following this approach because i have to prepare for interviews also

    There is some element of risk involved either way. First trick usually does but there is a risk . If different candidate happens to be immediate joining then it gets complicated. Today Market has lot of competition

      Same condition with me , I got offer but they told me you have to join within 45 days & my stupid manager not leaving me in 90 days

    do you agree that for 2 to 3 years experience Java developer solving/fixing bugs (Debugging) is the key in project work. Once you are able to find the error in the code, your 80% job is done.

      It highly depends upon project to project debugging is very crucial but along with that we should be good in problem solving so that we can write optimised code as per requirements. To be a good java developer all your programming and testing skills helps you in long run.

      Any language u can prefer.But if your are begineer had no idea about both the language thn go with java rest you can do dsa in any of the above programming language.

    Hi Sir/Madam,
    I am having difficult situation.
    I resigned in my organization & it's accepted by my manager. I already received an offer from another company but they told me you have to join within 45 days. & my current company notice period is 90 days. My manager is ready to release me in 45 days but he is not getting find my replacement in internal WFM.
    How I can deal with this situation ?? Because my next company is not allowing me to join after 45 days
    How I can manage this situation / how I convince my next company ??

      There will be leave in your account so may be you can request your manager to adjust those leaves against your notice period.

      Yes ,offer letter gets revoke it happens in some rare cases depending about company's business and project requirements.

      @@kajalgoyal3902Hello Kajal, if in case the company revokes the offer letter after 45 days then what one will do as he has already resigned from current company. In this case the chances of getting jobless are very high as the current company will also not entertain you to take resignation back.
      Please throw some practical light on this scenario.
