- On the eve of D-Day, American paratroopers drop behind enemy lines to penetrate the walls of a fortified church and destroy a radio transmitter. As the soldiers approach their target, they soon begin to realize that there's more going on in the Nazi-occupied village than a simple military operation. Making their way to an underground lab, the outnumbered men stumble upon a sinister experiment that forces them into a vicious battle against an army of the undead.

My grandfather fought against the nazis, I took him to see this because he loves horror movies, when we left the theatre he said; “Thankfully i didn’t have to fight German experiments”
Thankfully, nobody had to.
It's much better if he said Nazis but ok still a good thing to say after watching the movie hahaha
My grandfather was a black Sergeant and POW in WW2. He told stories of his times in the Nazi concentration camps before they were liberated. Truly chilling.

@@stormcorrosion176 it doesn't mean they are too old they can't watch movies, it's pretty obvious that you haven't seen some videos about veterans flying a plane etc. Etc

The sight of that dude's body "mutating" shortly after being revived was the first time I had to actually leave my seat in the theater and make my way to the bathroom due to how nauseated I got. I was okay by the time I reached the door to the bathroom and settled for a drink at the water fountain. I took a minute to collect myself before going back in to see the rest of the movie. I've seen a lot of messed up stuff on the internet but that image hit different for some reason. Shout out to the special effects team on this one.

@Deep Claymore I liked the movie. Any movie about mowing down nazi’s is a good movie in my book.
@@AnarchyHorse Its a typical american movie with all the typical stereotypes attached to the german soldiers of ww2.
1. All the german soldiers aim like stormtroopers and don't hit shit.
2. German soldiers randomly raping women in occupied zones.
3. Extremely harsh treatment of occupied zones.
When germans make a movie about ww2 its much more realistic and doesn't demonize any side of the war, nor glorifies it. Generation War is a good example of this.
Truth is that german soldiers who raped women in occupied zones were just shot. It was forbidden and the sentence was death. Yet every single ww2 movies features german soldiers acting like mindless raping drones randomly killing civilians.
@@BavarianHobbit dude... what??? You obviously haven't seen pictures of Nazi soldiers boarding a train as they leave a family hanging from a tree and a woman dead on a picnic table with her legs spread open. I'm sure the reason German movies portray WW2 in that manner is because it's awfully difficult to portray Nazis in a positive light. You sound like you are disappointed the entire world isn't speaking German and idolizing Hitler
@@dizzlepops0175 Occupied zones with many civilian casualties are the zones with high partisan and resistance prevelance.
In countries with barely any of those there were next to no civilian deaths.
Pictures of this exist from every army and most notable from the soviet red army.
Also the fact that you just think every german soldier is a nazi just tells me you are not very informed on this topic.
@Freak Show I was talking about World War 2. You know, what this movie was about. The Nazis were the fucking bad guys. They committed genocide and tried to take over the world. I know American movies tend to portray the American army as the good guys and others as the bad guys. In this particular case, a movie about Nazis, they are entirely correct. You are being argumentative just for the sake of being argumentative. Unless you don't believe Nazis are bad guys???
If I had a nickle for every time Wyatt Russell played a soldier who attacks an enemy base alongside his Black squadmate to fight enemies who have used a serum to become stronger, and ends up taking the serum himself with detrimental effects on his mental state, I'd have two nickles. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice!

I thought this was based on a true story but it’s not, it kinda is since the Germany tried to make drugs that turned German Soldiers into Super Human Fighting Machine but end up failing and overdosing people on test. But quite scary that they had a plan like that.

Ah so Ford just has a thing with taking weird substances and becoming a super soldier. At least the most recent one didn't zombifie him I guess

@@smit866 aye, that it is.
he knew what the injector did, he saw what the Wafler became and that without using it on himself they wont finish the mission and might cost them this whole battle/war, as it was important point, especially since he's hurt and can barely function... The injection didn't zombifie him instantly, since Wafler wasn't zombified too (he even took x2) because it needs time to progress, from movie there was maybe an hour or close to 1hour difference between Wafler escaping and injecting and them fighting him and then the fight took maybe ~5mins or sth. i guess you didn't bothered to watch and use your head even for 14min movie short-recap. yikes
@@ChoJun69 yikes i guess someone was incapable of using their head to read the comment properly or any of the replies.
