Gorgeous! Applying the blow dryer directly to the hair can cause heat damage . Remember to put some distance between that and the brush. A friend of mine found this out the hard way.

Long hair is overrated and overwhelming especially if you have type 4 hair. I'm going to grow my hair to tailbone length (3 inches more to grow) and than mostly like cut it after a few years or so. It's becoming too much work.
YESSSS!!!! Someone finally understands! I feel the natural hair community are always pushing for long 4c hair but in reality....it takes SO much work and time to do! My hair is at midback and I'm already thinking about cutting my hair to shoulder length 😂

I prefer boar bristle round brushes like the full keg brush from drybar Cuz it gets every strand smooth and sleek. I only blowout my hair no flat iron needed. If I want curls then I can add some with a curling iron. I am 100% natural type 4a/4b

girl I've watching you for years..way back when u had the Japanese straightening treatments..I love your channel..I had armpit length hair and I decided to cut it into a short bob and then a twa..I like it but I cut it thinking it would be easier..but trust me huntee it is NOT..its definitely more work.. so just a heads up..slicking a bun is easier then this.. but you will look great period.. much love shalom

Hey I have a question cuz I’m confused lol because your hair looks like it has severe heat damage… is this what you do to prevent further damage?
My hair was the healthiest its been at this point, this was probably the second time I put heat on it in 5 years. I just have really loose curls when its wet and has no product in it. With product added and it drying my hair would be very curly and coily. I don't see how it looks severely damaged...I think making such a bold statement based off of how it looks in one video is weird. But yeah my hair looks great ❤️

Yes, I use this brush and I have 4A /4B texture
Yes I have 4b/4c hair and I love round brushing my hair while blow drying. The tension it provides during blow drying is what gets the roots support straight without allot of heat. I don’t wrap my hair all the way around the brush because it can get tangled in the hair.

I have big hair by big I mean a lot of volume n my hair is 3D 3c one big problem I have is shrinkage I go out with 20inch hair n come back home with 10 please if anyone knows a solution I would really appreciate
I would suggest banding your hair with hair ties or satin hair scrunchies after styling or even better at night before you go to bed. When you take out the hair ties/ scrunchies your hair will be stretched and elongated without heat. Just type in hair banding on 3c natural hair. Hope that helps!

I'm confused, how is this no heat damage with high and hot heat from the blow dryer?
Just because you use heat from a blow dryer doesn’t mean you’ll end up with heat damage. And it wasn’t on high I keep it on medium and don’t focus the heat in one spot for too long.
