The way unplanned money leaves my bank account is unhealthy 😩.
Even if you budget for unplanned costs somehow its never enough. A mystery :)

So basically if I have cash to buy my home, lets say R900 000 property, and let's say I'm buying straight from a Developer... I only need... Just my emergency funds. 🤯 😲 I basically dodged all costs 😢 ♥ 😆

haha if you get funding from the bank then yes - emergency fund will save you from the lows of renting our property.
