I was probably one of the last preorders, so I am still awaiting my copy. It’s quirkier than my usual taste, but Baba Studios always does such a lovely job, I just couldn’t pass it up. Those backs are gorgeous! I tried not to pay too close attention to the fronts so I can be surprised. One of these days... 😍
I was considering the "Fantastic Menagerie", but I am SO enamored with the "Mythical Creatures" tarot!! I'll be working with the Mythical Creatures for more intuitive readings hence the Marseille inspired pips of the minor arcana. So grateful for acquiring the MC deck and happy that BabaBarock studios has given us tarot readers/collectors some wonderful decks to work with. I'm now officially set for the remainder of the year for deck purchases, thank the spirits! 🌙 ✨ 🌹
The backs are gorgeous, I wish they used them for the large edition as well. That Hermit card is my favourite :D. Also the High Priestess and King of Coins are extra beautiful.
While I cannot connect with anthropormorphism, I am always, always tempted by Baba Studios decks because they are stunning. Those backs are glorious! Cannot wait to open my Mythical Creatures tarot

My ears pricked up when you said they might do another reprint of Vic Rom. I’m going to try search for any chatter on this as I’m kicking myself over not buying. Thank you 💙
And it's SO readable. The animals are caricatures of people, so it's easy to recognize the players in any given situation. And that still makes me laugh, after all these years. It does look like a children's storybook, but it doesn't shy away from the sinister things that people do, so it reads true. But it's always presented with humor. This is one of the all time great Tarots, I think.
The archetypical active imagination embedded in the web of life developing form evolving human address is well represented. We love the quality of the deck and imagery printing. We do not have a deck by Baba printing company...so we cannot verify authentic correspondence. But we certainly vouche for the authentic display of active imagination. If and when we are able to share we will spread light beyond the images which in many ways are 'BACKED' by quality and depth of being; a necessary physical manifesting component separating the kids from the grown upsl

Looks gorgeous. I have the original and from the video the only difference I saw was in the Magician card. The original does not have the word “Inspire” on it. Thank you for the walk through Simon. I look forward to receiving my second edition deck.

My Dearest Darling Simon - it's not overpowering the Lion in the Strength card. In my not so humble opinion the card is much more truthfully represented by showing the Lion being beguiled or charmed or IN HARMONY without force or domination or violence in anyway. Strengh is " MY CARD" in the Tarot so please allow me some latitude 🦁♥️

This is the most beautiful, most skilfully executed animal tarot I have ever seen. 78 works of art.

I got a despatch email for my regular edition today. Received the special edition and I can affirm, it's my favourite deck ever. 😍
