The concept started in Brazil but the actual show started in Pakistan. Whatever it is, kudos to the person who came up with the idea at Coca-Cola company, whose name we'll never know and Rohail Hyatt for adopting the concept

Coke studio Pakistan is unique because this coke studio session all started from pakistan then other countries started and following them. But when others try to following them Pakistan coke studio starts something new and every new session is different and amazing.
