Having Danny was a mistake and BOTH Jason and Sam have pretty much said it. Jason told Sonny in 2020 that even though he loves danny, he wished he fought harder to say no to Sam about having kids with her in the first place. And now sam is saying she doesnt want danny turning into jason. Carly was exactly right when she said Sam is doing this to Jason because he didnt devote his entire life to her and that he didnt change his entire life to fit her new life when she "grew up". She got so used to having a normal, safe, and family kinda life with other men, that when jason came back, she tried to make him be the same way, but he couldn't do it for her. And people say Sam never tried to change him. No, she always wanted to change him into a family man she could play house with. She just tolerated his life and made herself fit into it as much as she could, until she got what she wanted from him.
Not sure I buy that Sam has just tolerated Jason's life. Sadly, this version of Sam is unrecognizable to me!!! I use to love Sam's character, BUT they've changed her into someone whose controlling & always is kinda down!!! I MISS the firy Sam!!!! 🔥🔥🔥 She can't even handle that Dante is a cop?!?! Yea, this version of Sam is very drab bordering on depressing and has become unrecognizable!!! I miss the old Sam!!! She had this fire🔥 & wasn't scared of anything!!! But they've completely changed her personality, ESP this time w/ the return of Jason's character!!! Her whole demeanor is different,& she's become controlling!!! They've made into her to a young version of Alexis!!! Sam wud always tell Jason that Alexis was too controlling of Kristina & Molly & now she's become exactly like what she hated in Alexis!!! Sam can't even stand that Dante is still a police officer?!?!

And when he truly wanted to help Peter & thot he could help Peter to change?!
