PipeFuze is a 2-part low-pressure injection system that, when applied, both fills and seals areas in a pipe where leaks occur. When a pipe is running under concrete, behind a pool or wall, or where destructive construction might seem like the only option to fix the pipe, PipeFuze offers another option that doesn’t use a shovel. It consists of the following:
    Part A - Polymer Filler:
The polymer and filler are a unique blend of our proprietary polymer, which, when injected, fills and seals leaks in PVC, Copper, Galvanized Steel, Clay, or any other type of plumbing material.
    Part B - Catalyst (Hardener):
The catalyst (hardener) is injected after the polymer and filler. It forms a molecular bond with the polymer and locks it in place, forcreat a sealed bond at the area of the leak.
    The Injection Process
    1. Water is injected into the leaking line through a pump and mixing tank supplied with an injection rig.
    2. The other end of the pipe has a return feed hooked up to a hose that runs back to the pump tank.
    3. After establishing a continuous flow, Part A (Polymer & Filler) is introduced through the pressure rig. The leak should stop almost immediately; however, the pump must run continuously to lock the material.
    4. After adding the polymer and allowing the recommended time to fill and close the leak, the catalyst (Hardener) is added to the tank. Note that the pump needs to run for ample time, allowing the two products to bond comentir at the area of the leak to form permanence. When completed, the injection rig can be removed, and the line can be pressure tested or returned to service.

So the guy drops in a basket filled with debris instead of taking a couple of minutes to empty it. This tells me exactly what I need to know about your attention to detail and quality of service.

Wish I had seen this video before I spent $6500 digging up my paverstone patio and replacing the entire skimmer line system to the filter pump. Such is my life !

When your skimmer was doing this was your pool water level dropping significantly?? I just paid $500 for someone to tell me i had leaks in my new liner thats only a week old. But my skimmer keeps draining down to nothing and they said there was NO underground leak…..Im so frustrated with the whole thing. I was told a new liner would fix this problem and it hasn’t. It’s as bad as it ever was before in the old liner.

Did you do the repair yourself or contract work?

Do you know if they were using LeakTronics leak detection equipment?

@@leaktronics yes we installed the pool liner. We have put in 3 liners since we have had this pool over 30 years. It started losing water with the last liner that needed replacing…big time leak. Had to just stop using it for a couple years. The guy did NOT use the leaktronic detection equipment. He had a tank and hose with a gauge. Which i thought was for his diving equipment. I told him the lines were draining and he just looked puzzled. Because the pool was full of water at the time they came out. They told me it had to be full to the max line. He told me basically to get an other liner, i told him this one is only a week old……

@@sharonsmith3362 Either there's a leak somewhere in those pipes (skimmer line) or during the last liner installation, someone dropped something in the pool causing a tear in the liner. Definitely take a look at our Find A Pro tab on our website to find someone near you with our equipment to do a leak detection: leaktronics.com/find-a-pro/

What if the leak is in the pool drain?

Pipepoxy might be your best bet, but you must know exactly where the leak is located in order to properly use Pipepoxy!

Instructions are really vague instead of showing a full system with a pool pump and filter and where would be connecting the other end of the kit. It just seems very pointless

Why not dig it up and fix it properly...this is great for a homeowner not for a leak specialist

Where would you dig in this situation? Looks like the decking, a lot of stuff would have to be removed to find a small leak. If this works, it is a good solution in my opinion.

@@roykowalski4125 Pipe Fuze works great for homeowners. Our latest pipe repair product Pipepoxy works MUCH better, but is more suited for contractors that do leak detection and can pinpoint exactly where the leak is.
