I think he did. There's sometimes he acts as if he forget what he look like, especially how tall he is.
I agree you got dozens of more memorable characters, the twins, Cocytus, any of the Pleiades, pandora's flipping actor, and the oversized hamster was chosen.
well, ainz has memory erasure spells and even if they were threatened ainz and his minions are still large fish in a pond, so even if they were resistant to memory alterations, they wouldn't stand a chance (as aqua clearly demonstrated).
