You're supposed to fight it after defeating Ficzko and before Anna Darvulia

Succubus plural is Succubi!
@@RobertoSantos-jy5fj there was one succubus, and she summoned illusion, which deals no damage. Illusion's whip can only make you invincible for time blow you back harmlessly.
It's been a long time since the last time I've played this. And you managed to defeat all bosses without taking damage as Sheeba Faulkner, the hardest character to play with. Well done :D
@Lucy In Disguise Well, her defense is the weakest, even Theobald can kill her just with 3 hits
Moreover, she is spellcaster, and needs a time to learn all of her spells. Not recommended for newbie. Ethan is the best character if you're playing for the first time
@@dinaryunus9131 Francis is harder to master. His sword with short range makes harder to hit enemies. Yes, he has magic, but relying on it depletes energy too fast. Boomerangs make game a bit easier, but not too much.

It took me a moment to recognize the "Countess" was Elizabeth Bathory. Nice mythological twist right there.

I recognize some of the sprites from a mobile game in this game that was a castlevania/devil may cry platformer. (Boss 3,6,7 and 8) Can't remember the name of it though.
Edit: Found it. Demon Hunter Legend (mostly from 2), a Chinese castlevania game. Was surprisingly fun.

If we are to suggest game, I would like to suggest Copy Kitty, the lovechild of Mega Man and Kirby with lot of flashing lights, explosions and epic bosses battles.

I noticed some other assets as well the axe armors in the intro is from portrait, the wolf in the intro is from symphony, the statue in the background of the werewolf boss fight is the save statue from portrait, the killer clowns spawned by the clown boss is also from portrait and there is probably more I missed

Not only that but he swings that massive piece of fancy steel WITH ONE HAND like its made out of paper .
I mean there is Castlevania over-the-top which works fine but this is anime-over-the-top stupidity. Even the Scythe of the main character just looks way too off with her more nimble body.

@@akiradkcn vampires aren't real already so their abilities can be pretty much whatever and I'm probably not gonna question it. Weight is real tho, so that oversized sword being handled like a kitchen knife looks kinda goofy. Some things are just easier to justify as "it's magic" than others

Probably from "Castle of Shadows" but that's just one of many clones (of Castlevania, that seem to made in China).

All fan made Castlevania PC game sucks so bad.
Not a fan of the loads of stolen assets this game uses at all. Would be nicer to see actual effort put in similar to the player character throughout the entire game and not just use things from other properties.
Yeah . I can understand that this game should be a love letter to castlevania but copying sprites and giving characters huge weapons with the weight of almost nothing , just goes against that love-letter approach and turns into a "my castlevania is much cooler !"-schlock .
@@Snyperwolf91 much agreed, the mass amount of stuff that's just not new and the player character just exists to try and be something but isn't special that the game forgets how to be it's own thing and not just a straight CV knockoff with stolen assets.
The sad thing is, as far as OpenBoR Castlevania games go, this is about the best I have seen.
@@triplehate6759 it's really sad because I KNOW that the fans can do better than this like if they were premade game engine assets I wouldn't be as disappointed as I am with all of the stolen assets.
Easy… _that’s because the character sprite isn’t theirs,_ it was from a multitude of Chinese Castlevania bootleg games, three of them emphasizes on large, hack’n slash gameplay and the other… _is literally Aria of Sorrow,_ those game have such beautiful sprite works that… _I don’t really know why they decide to try to rip-off Castlevania really_
