Idk why but when she was hand-washing the dress i got a lil teary eyed because i imagined myself in the future just handwashing my clothes while watching tv in my own apartment and being relaxed, at peace, and happy. I aspire to get to there someday :)

The *real* trick to rolled cuffs is a line of very small stitching in the same colour as the fabric about 1/8 of an inch (2-3mm) from the edge of the fabric. keeps everything neat and crisp and it will *never* come unrolled!
I really appreciate the volume on your videos, so many ASMR channels have it so low that you need headphones, and I can't sleep like that!

I just found you and I’m sooo happy. I love vintage clothing. Mostly 40s and 50s American or Mexican fashion. I love seeing other countries older fashion.
Also, when you're folding the clothes, sometimes the tips and the backs of your nails will click against the table. SO. ENJOYABLE. I think it's cause you're not doing it intentionally?? If it was just you tapping on the table, I dont think it would have the same effect. The "unintentional" tap is...a gift from heaven. Your voice is a national treasure but if you ever wanted to do a folding video, with no talking...or even whispering...I think it would be life-changing. Sorry for the dramatics. I think it HAS to be this table though. It's that good.

My grandmother was a seamstress, and I inherited so many lovely vintage dresses. I sew too, but I have discovered that the fabrics we are able to get today are not nearly as good as the one she had back then. I'm so glad you found these pretty ones! Loved the video!😄🌸

I’m trying to get more into vintage fashion more and I really appreciate this! Because I adore the 40s through the 60s too.
I love collecting vintage clothes, but most clothes I find tend to be from the 80s. I've gone to certain vintage/thrift stores and I love a lot of 60s pieces just I feel as though many styles I find have a drop waist silhouette, and it tends to look kind of odd on my body type 💁🏻♀️ I love your sense of style and the colors on the 60s dress look gorgeous!!! You did a great job showing a way to clean vintage pieces, I almost always send mine to the dry cleaner first out of fear of ruining them 😂
