എനിക്ക് gratuity കിട്ടാൻ labor കോടതിയിൽ പോകേണ്ടി വന്നു. സിനിമയിൽ മാത്രം കോടതി കണ്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഞാൻ അവിടെ ചെന്നപ്പോൾ പഞ്ചായത്ത് ഓഫീസിൽ ചെന്ന പോലെ ഒരു ഫീൽ ആണ്. സ്റ്റാഫ് നോട് കാര്യം പറഞ്ഞു. അവർ ഒരു അപേക്ഷ ഫോം തന്നു. ഫിൽ ചെയ്യാൻ അറിയാത്തത്കൊണ്ട് വക്കീൽ നെ കൊണ്ട് ഫിൽ ചെയ്യിക്കാൻ പോയി. അപ്പൊ വക്കീൽ പറഞ്ഞു അപേക്ഷ എഴുതൽ മാത്രം ആയി ചെയ്യില്ല. വക്കാലത്ത് ഒപ്പിടണം എന്ന്. വക്കീൽ ന് കൊടുക്കാൻ cash ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു. 1500 per sitting ന് പോലും പൈസ ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു.
കോടതി സ്റ്റാഫ് പറഞ്ഞു തന്ന പോലെ application ഫിൽ ചെയ്ത് കൊടുത്തു. ആദ്യത്തെ ജഡ്ജി എപ്പോഴും ലീവ് ഉം അഴകൊഴ ആയിരുന്നു. 2-3 സിറ്റിംഗ് ന് വെറുതെ പോകേണ്ടി വന്നു. അയാൾ മാറി വേറെ ഒരാൾ വന്നു. കമ്പനി ക്ക് നോട്ടീസ് അയച്ചു. അവിടുന്ന് ആരും വന്നില്ല. ഉടനെ തന്നെ ആ judge ഓർഡർ അയക്കാൻ സ്റ്റാഫ് നോട് പറഞ്ഞു. അതായത് cash കൊടുത്തില്ലെങ്കിൽ ജപ്തി ഉണ്ടാകും എന്നറിയിച്. 1 മാസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ തന്നെ മുതലാളി വിളിച്ച് cash തന്നു.
നിങ്ങളും ഒന്ന് ഇറങ്ങു. കാശ് മരം കുലുക്കി വീഴ്ത്തുന്നത് അല്ലല്ലോ.ഇതിൽ ഇറങ്ങിയാൽ കുറച്ച് ക്ഷമ പരീക്ഷിക്കും. എന്നാലും കാര്യം നടക്കും. Cutting diet എടുക്കുന്ന ക്ഷമ ഒന്നും വേണ്ട ഇതിന്. All the best.

വണ്ടി എടുക്കണമെന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്നു ഈ ആഗ്രഹത്തോടെ കോട്ടയം M K യിൽ പോയി സഹകരണം മികച്ചതായതുകൊണ്ട് Luxon വരുന്നു എന്നറിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ വെയിറ്റ് ചെയ്തു

2010 മുതൽ ടാറ്റ ആണ് വണ്ടി . ആദ്യം ഇന്ഡിക വിസ്ത quadrajet . 12 വര്ഷം ഓടിച്ചു . കാര്യമായ കംപ്ലയിന്റുകൾ ഒന്നും ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ല . ഒരിക്കൽ ക്ലച്ച് സ്ലേവ് സിലിണ്ടർ പൊട്ടി റോഡിൽ കിടന്നത് ഒഴിച്ചാൽ .. ഫുൾ കമ്പനി സർവീസ് മാത്രം . 2022 ഇൽ പുതിയ കാർ വാങ്ങാൻ വേണ്ടി നോക്കിയപ്പോൾ resale വാല്യൂ പ്രശ്നം ആയി തോന്നി . ടാറ്റ ഡീലർ 95000 രൂപ വില പറഞ്ഞു കരയിപ്പിച്ചു .. നിങ്ങളുടെ കാർ , ഫുൾ ഷോറൂം സർവിസ് മാത്രം ഉള്ളത് ഇങ്ങനെ പരിതാപകരമായ വില പറഞ്ഞു അപമാനിക്കരുതേ എന്നും പറഞ്ഞു അവിടെ നിന്നും ഇറങ്ങി , olx ഇൽ ഇട്ടു 1 . 60 ന് വിറ്റു . എന്നിട്ട് nexon ഡീസൽ ഓട്ടോമാറ്റിക് ഡാർക്ക് എഡിഷൻ എടുത്തു . വണ്ടി യാർഡിൽ ഇറങ്ങിയ ഉടനെ അറിയിക്കണം എന്നും , ഞാൻ വന്നു കണ്ടിട്ടേ ബില്ല് ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റൂ എന്ന് കർശനമായി പറഞ്ഞു . വണ്ടി കണ്ട് പരിക്കുകൾ ഇല്ലെന്നും ചാസിസ് നമ്പർ വെച് മാനുഫാച്ചറിങ് ഏറ്റവും പുതിയതാണെന്നും ഉറപ്പിച്ചു ..

ടാറ്റ കമ്പനി യിൽ ഇമെയിൽ ആയി കംപ്ലൈന്റ്റ് കൊടുക്കണം . അവരുടെ റെസ്പോൺസ് മികച്ചത് ആണ് . പറ്റിയാൽ നാഷണൽ ലെവൽ ടോപ് ആൾക്കാർക്ക് cc വെക്കണം . ഉപഭോക്തൃ കോടതിയും നല്ലതാണ് .. ഇനി ഒരാൾക്കും ഇങ്ങനെ അനുഭവം ഇല്ലാതിരിക്കാൻ .

My sister brought a Tata Tiago petrol automatic model and in the first 500 km car break down and service guys did something and took to service center near with in 1 hour we left, then about 20 km pass by and suddenly it break down again it was night and service guys took the car by morning and after 2 days returned. They were saying some software issues. I had a Tata Tiago xz manual petrol model it's been 7 years vibration, noice, bad ac, throttle missing problem since beginning, and behavior of service guys so bad I won't suggest Tata to any one. But I love Ratan ❤Tata

3 വർഷമായി ടാറ്റ അൽട്രോസ് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന ആളാണ് ...വണ്ടി സൂപ്പർ ആണ്... പക്ഷെ. വണ്ടി ഡെലിവറി എടുത്തത് മുതൽ നേരിട്ട ഒരുപാട് പ്രശ്നങ്ങളുടെ കാര്യങ്ങൾ പറയാൻ ഉണ്ട്. ഒരു സർവിസ് സെന്റർ ന്റെ അല്ല കേരളത്തിലെ പ്രമുഖ മൂന്ന് സർവിസ് സെന്റെർ ലെ കാര്യങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ട്... ചുമ്മാ തളളല്ല, എല്ലാത്തിന്റെയും വീഡിയോ, ഫോട്ടോസ്, ഇമെയിൽ & whatsapp communication ഡീറ്റൈൽസ് , call records എല്ലാം ഉണ്ട്.... താല്പര്യം ഉണ്ടേൽ കമന്റിന് മറുപടി അയക്കുക.

The negatives of nexon from my usage perspective as i own fearless petrol manual one
1. Only 1 reverse light will glow eventhough they place 2 lamps in rear end on both sides. If they think to make only 1 ,they could have placed on the middle of the car. Now people think that one reverse lamp is working.we need to explain to others when asked
2. Sensor controls have better looks,but its difficult to make them ON as we need to touch properly.its extremely difficult while driving as we need to have a proper look to touch sensor switches to make it working especially ac buttons,fog lamp on button etc
3.we cannot set default settings for few options like making eco mode ,making fog lamps always on,default view or digital cluster etc.everytime we need to set it while turning on the car
4.reverse gear gets stuck and its difficult to put even though we press full clutch.
5.vibrations are there for petrol engine since its 3 cylinder
6.taller people gets difficult to get into the car

I had an experience in 2012 when facelift swift launched. The car severed off the road in a hard braking situation. When the vehicle reached the showroom, they noticed a manufacturing defect. The showroom guys where so supportive and ensured that vehicle is fully checked to the point by Maruti factory guys themselves. The Maruti driver from the region came in and checked the vehicle, took me in a test drive, throttled to 120km per hour in Chennai Bangalore highway and slammed the brake, guess what it was a pitch perfect stop. They told your vehicle is now tested and certified, handed over the faulty rear brake booster (which apparently got updated to a newer version). So if you chose the right showroom, you will be a happy car owner. Period!!!
And don’t buy any vehicle if there is visible deficit in service side. Your vehicle life and its operational effectiveness rapidly depreciates if there is improper maintenance!! In case of a fire incident your so called “tank vehicle” is nothing but a coffin !!!

Still people buying tata vehicle , punch is the best selling in february 2024, things doesnt match this review, we could see many satified customer on the ground.
The main issue is service, the service team doesn't have any knowledge about what they've been doing 😅 .. hopefully it will improve over time. I'm also a Nexon owner
