I will never forget my first time seeing and hearing the monks chant i think i cried for an hour it was so beautiful I have loved Thailand ever since !
I am a Thai person who makes it difficult for you to stay and love Thailand forever. 😃👍
In summary the monk chant blessed you with 4 major things
1. อายุLong life; in order to keep doing good thing more and more to this world and yourself
2. วัณโณ beauty inside out; as believed that a beautiful soul from inside bring out beautiful looks outside (in my opinion it’s true cuz if you think good you feel good, your facial expression naturally look positive)
3. สุขัง happiness; to have a true happiness, inner peace
4.พลัง power; to be healthy mind & body

Adam is a good role model for other Western tourists who want to visit Southeast Asia. He integrates himself with the locals and tries to give back when he can. People are literally taking him out for breakfast because he wants to connect with people. He has a much more spiritual connection with Thailand than most Farang.

Your expression is that you can access the teachings of Buddhism without having to spend a long time studying it. But being able to be filled with joy while making merit to the monks means that you have a bright mind and are ready to accept good things and not be attached to things around you. It's like the Buddha's teaching that there are 4 types of people. It's like 4 types of lotus flowers. Type 1: Lotus flowers that are out of the water. Waiting for the sun's rays to bloom today. Type 2 of lotus: Water-filled lotus. Will bloom tomorrow. Type 3: Lotus that is underwater. Still 3 more days before it blooms. Type 4: Lotus that has just grown from a rhizome in the water. There will still be no danger from turtles and fish. And you are the number 1 lotus. Who is always ready to accept new things and good things for a good life. ❤ Thailand and thai people will be alway your second cosy homeland forever . You are respectful and Thailand and Thai people will alway respect you and Kind to
