I love the effort that you give for the videos and appreciate the production skills. I am a pessimistic Sarasota real estate prognosticator but I know a lot of people in town that are a lot smarter than me that are optimistic. It seems to me that we are in for a 25-30% drop in prices from now to next year at this time. If people bought 2 year government bonds because they were giving more money than a 10 year, I would watch the heck out for the time when those 2 years come to fruition. I would watch out 9 months in advance, actually, because the market will price them in about 5 or 6 months out, or roughly 10 months from now.
I don't stand to win or lose by my prognostication, something that professionals in the field cannot say. If someone believes me then I make no money and if someone does not believe me, I make no money.
At the same time I love your videos and I mean no disrespect to you, your husband and/or would be happy family but I was watching your hands as they whizzed past on screen for a ring! You're my type of gal.
I love where your head is at and your overall hustle. I love that you are promoting Sarasota, the city I love.
Chris, thank you for your thoughtful post and for the feedback! I wish we had a crystal ball and could see into the next 2 years. I personally do not believe that the prices will crash in Sarasota in the next 2 years other than experiencing an adjustment in prices. I am not saying that because I am a realtor but I look at industry forecasts and data trends. In a way, I do wish things would slow down more and prices would come down to make it more affordable to live here for essential workers who cannot afford the rapidly increasing prices. Let's see what happens.

Hi Katrin , I am from Massachusetts and love Manatee County like Bradenton area but prices seem too high... What do you think will happen to Market in 6-12 months ? Will this Market Turn downward fast ? Thanks
Hi I don't believe the prices will tank. Read the industry forecasts for FL and determine when is right for you. You can watch my recent video on the real estate market to learn why I don't believe it will crash.
