Asking why a seller wants to move is on the top of my list of questions and every smart seller should be ready for it. Just like an auto sale or anything else.
Mine a Real B told me while doing the Deal. She Sold and rented her house for 30 days..She had cash and bragged about it. But I had 3x's more a real B..ALOHA🤑🤑🤑🤑

Katrin when I go to open houses and I love the place ( I don't bring agents with me), Im very honest. I never insult, but when I love the place, I always point out the loveliness of it. I guess Im an open book, and I always ask what is the reason they're selling. I guess, I wouldn't be a dream client.😅

Excellent and informative video, as always. You are a prime example of needing a good buyers agent. Unfortunately, there are many agents out there that just want to make their percentage without doing the work.
How is the water temperature at Sarasota on the second half of Nov, can you swim, is it too cold?
Depends on weather but typically should be warm enough to swim
Do yiu know local tiny home builders in your area?
Overpriced can mean that the price of the house is far above the income of the neighborhood.
IE $1,100,000 @ 8% requires about $6500 a month payment with 20% down vs $3,600 per month a few years ago at 3% interest rate. A few years ago that house required about $120K in income vs $240K in income today. All taking place in a neighborhood that sold in the $350,000 to $450,000 range before 2020 bubble. Just saying
So who determines the price? Greedy Realtors, Money Hungry Sellers, Deal Seeking Buyers, or Unscrupulous Bankers?
The market determines the fair value…sellers set the price.

@@katrinreal well you make it seem like all realtors are truthful which in fact most are not. In my case of dealing with four realtors only one was up to par. The others should have had their licenses revoked. Do a survey.
