- A lot of people have asked me what temperature do I cook these and how long. In this video I will show you three different temps and times and which one is the best (in my opinion). Plus I give a Bonus Tip for anyone learning to cook or looking for a recipe.

Slow & Low: 325F for 3 minutes 30 secs(flipped at 1 minute 25 secs)
Medium: 375F for 2 minutes 30 secs (flipped at 1 minute 15 secs)
Hot & Fast: 425F for 2 minutes (flipped at 1 minute)

Looks tasty, smashburgers are hard to beat. I usually do mine at least 425 with very little oil to maximize crust. Good video thanks.

Hot and fast is the only way to go, but for me, cheddar and pepper jack. Really hard to beat. Also, just me, I'll throw a few strips of bacon on the griddle first, and get that done. That way, I don't have to use much oil (if any at all) to throw the meat balls on.

I think low and slow would be better on a bed of onions, maybe a squeeze of beef broth slider style. Kinda what that temp caters to. But great comparison sir! I guess it depends on your appetite. (Billy Joel reference. Free of charge.)
