I had exactly the same problem with another pair of tws earpods, the first pair I bought was unable to pair, the second pair had to stop charging the earphones. when you put the headphones in, both start to light up, but one turns off shortly afterwards and stops charging. what you do is open the earphone and see if the magnet has been loosened if it has it stick it, (take off the other earphone to see where). if it doesn't work you can take out the battery and try to charge it directly but it more knowledge is required. but the best tip is, never buy tws earphones

5-10 ms is unnoticable for human, but 50ms+ is noticeable
