I love it! I hope your bustle is great! Every dress can be bustled, but not every bustle is "perfect" or looks amazing; you just gotta play around with everything.
I use 1/8" organza ribbon for the loops and strings. When installing the bustle I use a needle that has an eye that's large enough to hold the ribbon and sharp enough to punch through the weave of the fabric layers.
If you look through some comments on other videos it explains the process. Once the ribbons are initially installed all you do it pull up on the knot I have tied on the end of the ribbon and it pulls out.
