    I know this is a bit of an old video, but I'm 22 weeks pregnant and following your channel since about week 10. I've been having really bad back pain for the last few days, and this video made it go away completely! My shoulders and neck feel much lighter too. Definitely saving it to my favourites.     Just wow. I am 20 weeks and my back was so sore yesterday. This gave me immediate relief. I usually do one of the more difficult workouts but I wasn’t feeling well so I chose this one today. I almost fell asleep, I was so relaxed. The meditation I was able to do while completing this was an added benefit. Thank you so much for all you do. Since I found your channel 3-4 weeks ago, I’ve worked out every single day and before that I was totally inactive except when chasing my toddler or teaching kindergarten. Thank you!

    I love the new studio!!!! I had so much back pain when I was pregnant! My husband is a chiropractor so that helped a lot, and these stretches can help too. I feel like these would be great even if you’re not pregnant!

    27 weeks, did this workout and got a big click out of my back and another from my neck! My back pain is really more rib pain on the sides, I'm sure this still helped but if you ever want to do a specific video about rib pain that would be cool :) I think the twisting stretches and strengthening probably helps the most with ribs, would you think?

    Hi Jessica, I've been exercising with your videos for months now and all I can say is a big thank you! My back pain has been quite bad for the past 4 months (baby is due in 2 weeks) and this video kept me alive, but I found your other ones very helpful, too! Could I ask what the soundtracks are, please? Just thinking it would be lovely to listen to these while in labour, to remind me and bring me in a similar meditative state as my daily yoga sessions, as my brain recognises the music.       I have a diastasis recti healing playlist for your abs (even if you don’t have DR) to safely strengthen your core to help with back pain. But I should do one for postpartum back pain too (thanks for the idea 💡)
      I have one for upper back (from breastfeeding), but not lower back yet.
