    I think I heard about this a very, very long time ago. I’ve been making cards for 20+ years but I do not do this. So I’m wondering why not!😅
    I am a new subscriber. Thank you for this fantastic tip.

    I just bought some tiny ornament dies, and tried them out. To my horror, the paper stuck so tightly, that even a pin wouldn't release the paper. I did as you said, and used 4 thicknesses of dryer sheets, and WAM BAM! Out the paper and bits came! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Was just going to throw them away. 😘😘😘

    New or used dryer sheets...have ypu tried both?

    • @DanaSullivan
      @DanaSullivan  Před 5 lety +1

      I have tried both and unfortunately the used ones don't grip nearly as well. It works better than not at all, but new is definitely better. It calls for a few of them stacked together. But you CAN use them over and over again many many times. So I just keep that on my workstation, so it's handy for the next time. I've cut probably 40 snowflakes with that one set already. They last a while. :-)

    Looks very hard to get it off the dryer sheet. You can use the sizzix release paper. It's works great

      They just peel right off the dryer sheet. I've never heard of the sizzix release paper! I'll have to check it out. Thanks for sharing that info!

    Did you use just 1 dryer sheets?

    • @DanaSullivan
      @DanaSullivan  Před 3 měsíci

      I used a little stack of a few sheets. You can reuse old sheets for the base of the stack, but use a new one of the top.

      New dryer sheets work best. I get the cheapo ones from Dollar Tree.
