  • Gindo’s Spice of Life Wings Tasting from Pub Travels
    Chermoula is an herbaceous sauce that is traditionally found in North Africa, specifically Tunisia, Morocco, Libya & Algeria. Interestingly enough, very similar to a Chimichurri found in Central and South America. Mild to medium in Heat. TRY WITH: Salad Dressing, Pizza & Flatbreads, Shrimp, Pasta Sauce, Sandwich Spread, Grilled Chicken. Chef David suggests Beef or Lamb
    Bacon Jam - Try with Pretzmels & Chese, Burgers, Grilled Cheese, Pork Chops , Mashed Potatoes, Brussels Sprouts - Super Delicious!
    Sweet Bourbon - Try with Summer Barbecue, beer, live music and good conversation. I think this would be amazing on Salmon or incorporated into an Asian dish.
    Vodka Sauce - Medium Heat - I have made a Vodka Sauce using this…I’m gonna say it has a really good amount of heat. More than medium for me. Try with Pastas, Flatbreads, Chicken, Vegetables
    Fatali - “Fataali / Fatalli". I love this pepper. Originating in Central and South Africa, this pepper has a beautiful fruitiness to it like a Habanero, but hold on to your privates, or don’t after handling some of this pepper. This will wack you real good! But Chris did an AMAZING job on the flavor. A really delicious sauce. This hot sauce has an instant burn with a bright citrus flavor and hints of peach. Try with Avocado Toast, Fried Chicken, Pizza & Flatbread, Pulled Pork, Burgers.
    Ghost of Christmas Future - Featuring fire roasted Anaheim and Poblano peppers fused with Carolina Reaper, Chocolate Ghost Pepper, of course. And Chocolate Moruga Scorpions. I highly recommend trying this sauce with eggs in the morning. Scrambled, over easy, however you like your morning eggs. I love this sauce with corned beef hash and two eggs over easy!
