Perceptions (internal and external) is vital for a strong democracy to sustain. The battlefield encompasses information influence, economy (sanctions) and even sports like Cricket, Olympic Games etc… This is a vast subject by itself which Snehesh may take on one day. There is no harm in disseminating any information except tactical plans and troop dispositions (also any other particular sector specific aspect so defined).
