Edit: Steve is the one under the boards because I have dubbed them that.
Theory: When he said ' I can make the wooden boards go ratatat ' I think that was his last victim, and he hid them under the floor boards to hide them, and make it seem more innocent..

My gosh, all the body language and expressions show the emotions of the characters perfectly! Even the shadow, witch for the most of the time was just a pair of eyes and a smile, showed the trickery and deviousness so well! Great job!
