I appreciate having 2 bathrooms but not a loft with ladder design (& no bath) that would be used without safety concerns and then only 1 person could be up there
Sliders do not make a secure entry door. The kitchen cabinets and counter space are quite inadequate, but there's a generous laundry room and two full baths!
NO ladder needs stairs, bathtub for

Está bonito, no me convence la escalera para el dormitorio pequeño, esta programado para un niño o adolecentes pero, los mayores también " alguna" vez debemos subir, sobre todo previendo un malestar o enfermedad, además la escalera está en medio de la puerta del fondo, se tendria que usar casco, no?.
Otra cosa que esa zona de digamos recreo al frente la colocaría al fondo, esta bien el porche al frente, para sentarse a tomar aire , pero , poner un patio con asientos y fogata más mesa y parrillero( no se como llaman ustedes ese tanque para asar comida), personalmente a mi no me gusta que el que pase por la calle me esté mirando lo que como, tal vez esa persona no tiene o no PUEDE por salud comer eso y me haría sentir mal no compartir, tampoco mi casa es un refugio. ❤
Where is the oven?
A wall of windows at the foot of the bed without drapes doesn't work for me. And a single machine for washing and drying laundry doesn't work for me either. I like a shower big enough for a chair, I'm at the age where a tub is difficult to get into.
