I agree with your concern. In a very cold or very hot climate, an "air lock" entry helps to keep heat where it belongs.
@@Bobrogers99 Правильно, проекты ищут люди со всего мира. Веранда помогает сохранять тепло и это место где снимаешь верхнюю одежду и обувь. Когда входишь в дом, то при наличии веранды холодный поток ветра непроникнет в дом, а так же снег и грязь. Таким образом сохраняя тепло и чистоту
Perfect layout and I judge the house by the entrance, bathroom near the front door and kitchen. I would just add a screen room off the door by the kitchen!

My one concern about the plan is the very small kitchen. Although the island helps with the limited counter space there are very few cabinets. A redesign of the inset entry, the generous foyer and the half bath and laundry could allocate more space for the kitchen.

Too much white and a fireplace don't mix. The wall pattern in the kitchen looks like a bathroom floor.

Not the home for us.
The main enterance door should NEVER open outward!! That is a huge safety failure!!! Are you a student or just a person playing with house design?????? Your scale is completely off on things.The refridgertor is blocking part of the view of the window at the sink and is too close!! Do away with that indent at the front door. Instead make a "Vestibule"! That will save 3/4 of the foyer for something else. Also, I googled the name of "your company" and nothing comes up, at lease not in North America!!! Could be why you don't know "Good Engineering and Construction Practice"!!! I notice in another "house video" the roof line would never pass building codes in North America!!! Over 12 people mentioned it!!!
The house is always opened so that when a problem occurs, people in the house will run out easily instead of having to open it inside. Thank you for your comment
