In my part of country I’d screen porches as outdoor sleeping porches. Tiny houses aren’t intended to be suburban homes.

Great charm! I would prefer more storage space built in, such as kitchen cabinets to the ceiling. Porches are great but only where the weather is good all year long, otherwise the back porch should have an enclosure (big sliding doors/wall). Also, using such modern counters in the bathroom does not give storage space. Second bedroom should have a Murphy Bed (only singles and older couples would live here)

Such criticism in the comments! This is a quaint and lovely home. I personally love the outdoor living space, and the bedroom is cozy. Clearly, the criticism comes from those who don’t understand the purpose of tiny homes; they are more comfortable in the large, traditional house.

I love it! Some people don’t need a large kitchen especially if you are retired.

A wall of windows at the foot of the bed without drapes doesn't work for me. And a single machine for washing and drying laundry doesn't work for me either. I like a shower big enough for a chair, I'm at the age where a tub is difficult to get into.

I appreciate having 2 bathrooms but not a loft with ladder design (& no bath) that would be used without safety concerns and then only 1 person could be up there

Sliders do not make a secure entry door. The kitchen cabinets and counter space are quite inadequate, but there's a generous laundry room and two full baths!

I think it is a lovely design but not much in the way of pantry space in the kitchen. I would put at 4:01 on the left hand side wall a think tall cupboard for food storage, I was going to suggest a smaller fridge but it would be awkward to put shelving above it. Perhaps a row of cupboards or shelving on the right hand side as that wall is blank. What might work is a rolling table/tray on casters in the middle of the kitchen floor for food preparation as the area that you have set aside is awkward in the corner, or putting some sort of metal cover completely over the gas hob so that the cook can prepare the food on the whole bench to the left of the fridge. If you did the former you can slightly move the dining room table closer in towards the lounge to make more room. At 5:47 the bedroom wardrobe is (I think) the sorts of doors that come out instead of slide. The area between the base of the bed and the wardrobe is pretty tight. I would have changed the doors to sliding. The size of the bedroom is fine, it is just a little squashed in that area. At 6:31 I am sure that is a wardrobe but I can't figure it out in that 2nd bedroom. However it is nice to see the area to the side for additional things like books. I like the long bench in the bathroom but probably would prefer to have had the front with doors so that people can put a lot of things in the cupboards below of a private nature that you don't want open to the public. 7:50 I don't think the lounge in that porch was necessary as you have a lot of seating inside and in the front of the place. I also would have had the whole thing enclosed considering you are utilizing the area as a laundry area. During winters people can put up lines and dry their clothes without the threat of rains. Because it is an electrical washing machine it is not safe to be out in the weather. Asthetically I am not a great lover of white everywhere and felt it needed pops of colour but it was a very design.

I loved everything but that bathroom wall paper...just not for me but otherwise what a great home.

Pas assez d'espace. Rajoutez un mètre de chaque côté. Cuisine ridicule pour moi qui aime cuisiner. Chambre riquiqui. Et la buanderie sur la terrasse, impensable pour moi. Faire une seule terrasse. Transformer l'autre en véranda pour un espace de vie habitable plus grand.

Fast forward to 3.15 to stop spinning around the house, I too feel there is too much space given to the two porches, having more practical living space would be better. There is no oven in the kitchen, that sink is too tiny to wash pots and dishes in, also very little clothes storage in both bedrooms. Back to the drawing board dear friend a course in design may help. Things look nice, but it needs to be livable too.

Hey, a combo washer/dryer is inside. Still wouldn’t want to live in a home this small. What can you do with 700 sq ft? Still quit small but not claustrophobic. Vast majority of people live where temperatures of the season run from freezing to the 90’s.

The porches can be smaller allowing for more living space.

Gorgeous. I love the outdoor space, especially if it was in a luxurious setting as you've put it. It would be nice to have somewhere to put your shoes when you come in and overall more storage, including for dry goods in the kitchen. Also, a nook for a desk would be nice.

Its ok I like the 2bed/2bath design not crazy about the interior doors with those type you have less wall space for art and pictures.. it needs a second egress to outside. Livingroom layout because of front door seems to create unsafe trip area. I wonder if switching kitchen and livingroom might work to fix that.
