Watch the Honda City driver who is aware that signal has gone red still tries to negotiate and tries to take the U-Turn. He could have stopped on time even if he jumped the traffic signal and kept trying to push ahead and ended up standing in the middle of the road like a nerd. There was a Creta I believe behind him who was also following the flow but realised that this Honda driver may cut him through he stopped.
Seeing this the RTO officer jumps in and clicks the snap of his car so that the challan can be gifted to this idiot (Hopefully).
