Look at the carelessness of these roadside beggars. The kid is literally out of vision inviting to a bigger problem for anyone who would be taking the turn from the signal. One mistake and the kid will lose his life.
In case the kid suddenly starts running towards the traffic the person who may be crossing if accidently hits the kid, the entire family (So called) would come and create a huge ruckus to extort money from the vehicle owner.
Please be very careful and keep an eye on such miscreants which is very common now a days.
