I'd say Oliver being scared of fireworks is perfectly in character. Oliver's whole personality, especially in the Brenner era, was that he had gained a big head due to the whole escape thing and was constantly brought down due to it. It was shown in at least three episodes, Oliver Owns Up, when he is too confident of his abilities of managing trucks and gets pushed down the well, Oliver's Find, where he once again has it (for some reason), but this time he pushes the trucks in the well, and the Snow Engine, where he hates snow and says he's above it. Him being afraid of fireworks could be another one of his quirks that he hates showing because he is above that.
0:29 I just watched that episode. God it is so off. The crash was the most ridiculous thing I had every seen, and this episode was such a silly way of giving Emily a number. A number of an engine's body means they are 100% owned by STH. If they are owned by or shared with a different company, or coming in as rental then they don't get a number, According to Rev W. Awdry's island book. The engines numbered 1-11 where all chronologically bought by STH. Edward was the first to be rented sure, but Thomas was the first to be bought. TLDR, I like that Emily is number 12 but obeying safety protocols don't guarantee you a number
Nothing will piss me off more than Oliver's size and model in CGI, the fact they gave Oliver the shaft in Season 21, Duck existing and getting all of the attention in CGI as opposed to Oliver, and the fact that everyone else ESPECIALLY DUCK had interactions with Emily and Oliver didn't.
Even if his render isn’t great, I can look passed a Oliver’s render cause to me all that matters is that it looks like Oliver. I am not so sure how Oliver’s Fear of Fireworks would work, as Oliver’s not really a scaredy-cat like the episode likely would have portrayed him. Maybe if the sound of the bangs from the fireworks reminded him of the sound of steam engines being cut up, it could probably work.

There's nothing wrong with the looks and designs themselves, it is more of the BTS reason on why it triggers everyone. For one--before season 21 premiered it was said that Rosie was going to get a whole new look, and thanks to this "new look" she would have a larger role and make more appearances. However, due to the last minute changes with BWBA her redesign was made for absolute nothing. Which begs the question what was the point on reintroducing her in the first place on to have her lead in ONE episode after her introduction (which is "Rosie Is Red"). Another thing that upsets everyone is that we got no proper backstory on how she became cherry red or why she started working at Vicarstown. For Emily--her being number'd 12 was very pointless, especially in the very final season of the show. I hate tricks, jokes, pranks, being fooled, I hate it when people joke with me and there and I hate them I hate those don't ask me why I don't like them I just don't and y gotta respect me on this ok I really don't like them there bad for me and I hate them and then Diesel's plan backfires when he gets a surprise from Nia and Paxton covered in the same paint too only on there faces, Diesel Do Right, because Diesel grumbles about thinking he's the only one that gets into trouble and then later has an idea of how to get the other diesels in trouble by asking Rebecca to do there jobs improperly Diesel and I hate it that he said in some very stupid way, Huh, silly diesels how would they like to be in trouble all the time? He should be taught a lesson for all of this and in Diesel Glows Away and be left derailed just like what happened in Diesel Ghostly Christmas, Thomas' Fuzzy Friend, because I hate dogs now because there too noisey and one I use to have with me and I felt bad for watching this episodes because it had a dog in there making very bad noises at the beginning of the episode and it interrupted Gordon when he tried to speak to Thomas but the bad yapping noises keeps showing up more times and James was making fun f him and then Nia comes along and asking what's he doing there? And I feel bad for watching it when I relasied I didn't like dogs at all even in Thomas too and I swear I'm gonna stop watching it now and I wish these were taken down too because I feel bad for what Mattel did to us on purpose and I wish better changes will happen.

And then says "I'll show them" in thinking he's plotting a very devious plan by thinking "lets he how they get on all day without me helping them?" and then they come looking for him and then thinks somebody is missing him but there was nobody around and Diesel grumbles that there's no one there and asks "And why aren't they looking for me?" and I hate the way he sounds when he says it like that and then finds glow in the dark paint and then has an idea of how to get the other engines to look for him and then goes up to Paxton and Nia all covered in glow in the dark paint and ghostly tells them that they must be missing him and that he wants them to look for him and it makes me upset in thinking he's doing some stupid plan to get there attention and playing some stupid trick on them too them and it's bad! I hate tricks, jokes, pranks, being fooled, I hate it when people joke with me and there and I hate them I hate those don't ask me why I don't like them I just don't and y gotta respect me on this ok I really don't like them there bad for me and I hate them and then Diesel's plan backfires when he gets a surprise from Nia and Paxton covered in the same paint too only on there faces, Diesel Do Right, because Diesel grumbles about thinking he's the only one that gets into trouble and then later has an idea of how to get the other diesels in trouble by asking Rebecca to do there jobs improperly Diesel and I hate it that he said in some very stupid way, Huh, silly diesels how would they like to be in trouble all the time? He should be taught a lesson for all of this and in Diesel Glows Away and be left derailed just like what happened in Diesel Ghostly Christmas, Thomas' Fuzzy Friend, because I hate dogs now because there too noisey and one I use to have with me and I felt bad for watching this episodes because it had a dog in there making very bad noises at the beginning of the episode and it interrupted Gordon when he tried to speak to Thomas but the bad yapping noises keeps showing up more times and James was making fun f him and then Nia comes along and asking what's he doing there? And I feel bad for watching it when I relasied I didn't like dogs at all even in Thomas too and I swear I'm gonna stop watching it now and I wish these were taken down too because I feel bad for what Mattel did to us on purpose and I wish better changes will happen.
