    My uncle always buys out the notice period..he says, whenever he joins a new company, he believes he starts earning after 3month of joining. That starting 3 month he keeps in a seperate bank account, which is purely for buy outs of his notice periods 😂😂...as per him, he says its better to leave quick, than to suffer in those notice period .

    Company can Sue the employee only when the employee has done something illegal. Leaked Company's confidential information etc etc..
    Or else u free to leave without any problem they can't do anything

      But then they'll not give you any experience letter.

      @@techking4588 experience letter is based on your performance within your tenure with the company. You are judged on the basis of your employment period not on your notice period. It's such a stupid thing to judge an employees performance while in notice period.

    What if employer has not kept 0 days notice to terminate employee, but employee has to serve 2 months as per their contract, is it valid?

      It's illegal. You can threaten them for legal notice. They have to accept it

    mujhe joining krte waqt koi offer letter nahi Mila tha jisme aesi kuch terms condition likhi Hui ho but ab mujhe job chhodni h toh kya mujhe 1 month ka notice period Dena padega.

    Madam if company delays salary payment every month.... In such case do we really need to serve notice period.... Employer is doing breach of contract every month

    I was never given to sign a joining/appointment letter. Do i still have to serve notice period

    Hi friend, I have an offer in my hand and i have resigned from my current organization. And a new company is asking to join in one month. In my current organization a 90 days notice period. I spoke with HR and said okay I can relieve you and you have to pay the amount for the rest of the days. But now my manager is not approving it.
    1) Buyout -- my manager not approving
    2) Can i ask for a project release.
    3) Can i put 22 days of my leaves and join a new company.
    Please suggest my brother. I am not getting sleep I think of this daily.

    Hi Meher , I am serving 15 day’s notice period in my probation period, Can company extend it , I am worried about it
