My uncle always buys out the notice period..he says, whenever he joins a new company, he believes he starts earning after 3month of joining. That starting 3 month he keeps in a seperate bank account, which is purely for buy outs of his notice periods 😂😂...as per him, he says its better to leave quick, than to suffer in those notice period .
Company can Sue the employee only when the employee has done something illegal. Leaked Company's confidential information etc etc.. Or else u free to leave without any problem they can't do anything
@@techking4588 experience letter is based on your performance within your tenure with the company. You are judged on the basis of your employment period not on your notice period. It's such a stupid thing to judge an employees performance while in notice period.

But now my manager is not approving it. 1) Buyout -- my manager not approving 2) Can i ask for a project release. 3) Can i put 22 days of my leaves and join a new company. Please suggest my brother. I am not getting sleep I think of this daily.
