I found my contractor on indeed. I live in the Savannah,Ga area. I drive from Savannah to Charlotte to savannah (519 miles total). Or I drive Savannah to Orlando,Fl to Savannah (578 miles total).
@Jvoe_stew Do you have multiple stops or is that just one full load round-trip?
@@grovedwayne390 I start my shift with a load (53 ft) from Savannah to Charlotte. Then from Charlotte they usually have me a load or tell me to get an empty (53 ft) back to Savannah. And my day is done. 8 to 9 hr full trip. But every contractor is different.
@@grovedwayne390 I just go to those two terminals
How’s the pay is the question
@@tc3354 my bring home after taxes is $1460.
I was a driver for a contractor. It’s really not a bad gig and I was up to 360 a day. I left for food service actually delivering to Wawa through Penske.
Whatz up Lo! Glad you back on CZcams, I need content to listen to while driving Linehaul with AAA Cooper! 👍🏾
If you really couldn’t get on to fedex until Lo made this video you must not have finished 3rd grade lol
lol you know he got to capitalize off this
Try to get in at UPS 8 hr day pays $360.
I had route doin a 12hr a day route which $600 a day. . . . .BTW even the door to door small trucks get paid the same🤑🤑
Are there benefits with contractors?
Yes
@@m.simpson6843 some, not at all. Working for a contractor isn't working for FedEx. They'll each offer different compensation packages, even if they're based out of the same building.
That local stuff isn’t paying much
FEDX is going to hell of theyre ridding themself of company drivers on the Express side. Many of those drivers have been on board for decades and now they have to work for a contractor with low pay and no benefits
Not true will not be the same everywhere here in cali express is taking over ground and being called just fedex i drive for fedex and it has already happened here..was told we will be paid closer to ups wages as well
@@TheJordeezy1 what will happen to the contractors?
@@MrHunt916 that im not sure again the laws are different in each state my guess is fedex just ends their contracts after the term is up or buys then out
Really dont need a cdl because FedEx hires anyone dont lol😂 FedEx drives dont know how to drive omg
